Instructions

  • 1. Preheat your frying oil in a deep skillet over medium-high heat until it reaches approximately 350°F (175°C).
  • 2. Cut the halloumi cheese into bite-sized pieces, roughly 1-inch cubes.
  • 3. Set up your breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate shallow bowls.
  • 4. Dip each halloumi nugget into flour, then egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  • 5. Carefully place the breaded nuggets into the hot oil and fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • 6. Remove the nuggets and place them on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
  • 7. Drizzle the sweet hot honey over the warm nuggets and serve immediately.
