Instructions
Cut the Manchego cheese into bite-sized cubes, about 1 inch each.
Set up your breading station with flour, egg wash, and breadcrumbs in separate shallow dishes.
Coat each cheese cube in flour, dip in egg wash, and roll in breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan to 350°F.
Fry the cheese bites in small batches for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Drain excess oil on paper towels and serve warm.
