Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, toasted cumin seeds, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green onions. Stir thoroughly.
Season the filling with salt and black pepper, mixing until well combined.
Take a wonton wrapper and place about 1 tablespoon of filling in the center. Moisten edges with water to seal.
Fold the wrapper in half to create a triangle shape and press edges to seal.
Repeat until all filling is used, placing dumplings on a floured surface.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Test oil temperature.
Add dumplings to hot oil in batches, frying for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Remove dumplings and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
Allow to cool slightly before serving with dipping sauces.
