Instructions

  • 1. Rinse Brussels sprouts under cold water and pat dry.
  • 2. Trim the stems and remove any yellow or wilted leaves.
  • 3. Cut Brussels sprouts in half lengthwise and place in a mixing bowl.
  • 4. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until combined.
  • 5. Pour the olive oil mixture over the Brussels sprouts and toss to coat.
  • 6. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • 7. Place Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • 8. Cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • 9. Check for doneness; they should be tender inside and crispy outside.
  • 10. Remove from air fryer and serve immediately, optionally sprinkling with extra salt or seasoning.
