Instructions
1. Rinse Brussels sprouts under cold water and pat dry.
2. Trim the stems and remove any yellow or wilted leaves.
3. Cut Brussels sprouts in half lengthwise and place in a mixing bowl.
4. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until combined.
5. Pour the olive oil mixture over the Brussels sprouts and toss to coat.
6. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
7. Place Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
8. Cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
9. Check for doneness; they should be tender inside and crispy outside.
10. Remove from air fryer and serve immediately, optionally sprinkling with extra salt or seasoning.
