Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente.
2. Pat the salmon dry, season with salt and pepper, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
4. Add salmon pieces to the skillet and cook until golden and cooked through.
5. Reduce heat, pour in heavy cream, and simmer until slightly thickened.
6. Stir in half of the grated Parmesan until melted and creamy.
7. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
8. Add chopped parsley, adjust seasoning, and serve immediately with remaining Parmesan.
