Ingredients

Pasta

  • 300 grams Pasta (fettuccine or penne) Cook al dente.

Salmon

  • 400 grams Fresh Salmon Fillet Skinless and deboned.

Cream

  • 200 ml Heavy Cream For the sauce.

Garlic

  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic Adds flavor.

Cheese

  • 50 grams Grated Parmesan Cheese For the sauce and garnish.

Oil

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For cooking.

Herbs

  • 1 handful Fresh Parsley Chopped for garnish.

Seasoning

  • Salt and Pepper To taste.

Instructions

  • 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente.
  • 2. Pat the salmon dry, season with salt and pepper, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  • 4. Add salmon pieces to the skillet and cook until golden and cooked through.
  • 5. Reduce heat, pour in heavy cream, and simmer until slightly thickened.
  • 6. Stir in half of the grated Parmesan until melted and creamy.
  • 7. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
  • 8. Add chopped parsley, adjust seasoning, and serve immediately with remaining Parmesan.
