Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients on a clean countertop.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, add ½ cup of tahini.
  • Pour in 3 tablespoons of pure maple syrup and stir gently to combine.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard and whisk thoroughly.
  • Squeeze in 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and whisk again until smooth.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of crushed garlic and mix well.
  • Gradually add 2 tablespoons of water, whisking until the desired consistency is reached.
  • Add a pinch of salt and whisk to combine.
  • Transfer the dressing to a clean jar or bottle and seal tightly. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes.
  • Shake or stir well before serving.

This dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week. Shake or stir before each use.
