Instructions
Gather all ingredients on a clean countertop.
In a medium mixing bowl, add ½ cup of tahini.
Pour in 3 tablespoons of pure maple syrup and stir gently to combine.
Add 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard and whisk thoroughly.
Squeeze in 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and whisk again until smooth.
Add 1 teaspoon of crushed garlic and mix well.
Gradually add 2 tablespoons of water, whisking until the desired consistency is reached.
Add a pinch of salt and whisk to combine.
Transfer the dressing to a clean jar or bottle and seal tightly. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes.
