Instructions

  • Begin by preparing the chicken breasts. If they are particularly thick, consider slicing them in half horizontally to create thinner cutlets.
  • Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and sear for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium. Add the honey and Dijon mustard, stirring well to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
