Instructions

  • Pour in the vegetable broth, bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add the heavy cream and stir to combine, creating a creamy texture.
  • Carefully add the tortellini and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender.
  • Stir in the fresh spinach and Italian seasoning, allowing the spinach to wilt for about 2 minutes.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed before serving.
