Instructions
1. Cook the whole wheat noodles according to the package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
2. In a medium bowl, combine tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, and olive oil. Whisk until smooth and creamy, adding warm water if needed.
3. Drain the noodles and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained noodles, fresh spinach, and basil leaves. Toss gently to combine.
5. Pour the tahini sauce over the noodle mixture and toss until evenly coated. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
