Instructions
Peel and thinly slice the onions.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the sliced onions.

In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.
Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the creamy mixture and stir well.
Once cooled, add the caramelized onions to the mixture and mix well.
Sprinkle in dried parsley and mix to combine.
Transfer to a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
