  • 1 pinch Black Pepper Freshly ground.
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Parsley For color and freshness.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For caramelizing onions.

Instructions

  • Peel and thinly slice the onions.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the sliced onions.
  • Cook the onions for 10-15 minutes until they are golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.
  • Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the creamy mixture and stir well.
  • Once cooled, add the caramelized onions to the mixture and mix well.
  • Sprinkle in dried parsley and mix to combine.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  • Serve with chips, vegetables, or pita bread.
