Instructions

  • 1. Rinse the chicken breasts, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper.
  • 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.

  • 9. Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over, and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
