Instructions
Gather all ingredients, ensuring the butter is softened.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
Gradually add powdered sugar, one cup at a time, mixing on low speed to prevent flying sugar. Increase speed to medium until fluffy.
Add heavy cream, salt, and vanilla bean paste. Mix until fully incorporated, adjusting cream for consistency.
Scrape down the bowl and beat on high speed for 1-2 minutes until airy and light.
Taste and adjust flavor if necessary. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
