Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients, ensuring the butter is softened.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Gradually add powdered sugar, one cup at a time, mixing on low speed to prevent flying sugar. Increase speed to medium until fluffy.
  • Add heavy cream, salt, and vanilla bean paste. Mix until fully incorporated, adjusting cream for consistency.
  • Scrape down the bowl and beat on high speed for 1-2 minutes until airy and light.
  • Taste and adjust flavor if necessary. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Notes
