  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Plain or Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs for binding.
  • 2 large Eggs Acts as a binder for the meatballs.
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Adds flavor and richness.
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced Infuses flavor into the meatballs.
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped Adds moisture and sweetness.
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped Adds freshness and color.

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For drizzling on meatballs before baking.

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix gently.
  • Add the minced garlic, chopped onion, and parsley. Mix gently until combined.
  • Crack in the eggs, and season with salt and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  • Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Drizzle or brush the meatballs with olive oil.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and browned.
  • Let the meatballs rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • Serve hot, over pasta, in a sandwich, or on their own.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Freeze for up to three months.
