Instructions

  • 1. Place ground beef in a large mixing bowl and gently break it apart.

  • 3. Divide into four portions, roll into balls, and flatten into patties.
  • 4. Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  • 5. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes on one side without flipping.
  • 6. Flip patties, add cheese if desired, and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  • 7. Toast hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
