Italian-style Breadcrumbs
Pre-seasoned for added flavor.

Parmesan Cheese
Freshly grated.

Marinara Sauce
Homemade or high-quality store-bought.

Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Whole milk mozzarella recommended.

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ½ inch.
Set up a dredging station with seasoned flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Fry the breaded chicken breasts for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
In a baking dish, spread marinara sauce, place the fried chicken on top, and spoon more sauce over it. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
Serve with spaghetti, garlic bread, or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
