Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate large bowl, melt the butter and let it cool slightly. Whisk in the sugar until smooth.
Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Mix in the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips and nuts until evenly distributed.
Drop rounded tablespoons of batter onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set and centers are slightly underbaked.
Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
