Instructions
Gather all your ingredients. Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes thoroughly.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant and slightly golden.
Add the cherry tomatoes in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding.
Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the tomatoes and stir gently.
Cook for about 5-7 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally until the tomatoes blister and soften.
Remove from heat and toss in the fresh basil leaves.
If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
