Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients. Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes thoroughly.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant and slightly golden.
  • Add the cherry tomatoes in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding.
  • Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the tomatoes and stir gently.
  • Cook for about 5-7 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally until the tomatoes blister and soften.
  • Remove from heat and toss in the fresh basil leaves.
  • If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
