Ingredients

Vegetables

  • 2 cups Bell Peppers, sliced Mix of red, yellow, and green for color.
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced Cut into thin matchsticks.
  • 1 cup Snow Peas For a delightful crunch.

Aromatics

  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced Finely chopped.
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated For added warmth.

Sauces

  • 3 tablespoons Low-sodium Soy Sauce For umami flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil Adds a nutty aroma.
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil For stir frying.

Garnish

  • 3 stalks Green Onions, chopped For garnish.

Instructions

  • Prepare all ingredients: wash and slice the bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, and snow peas.
  • Peel and chop the garlic and ginger.
  • Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
  • Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the hot oil and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  • Add sliced carrots and sauté for about two minutes.
  • Add broccoli florets and bell pepper strips, stir-frying for an additional three to four minutes.
  • Add snow peas and cook for another two minutes.
  • Drizzle soy sauce over the vegetables and stir to combine.
  • Drizzle sesame oil over the stir fry and toss everything together for another minute.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
