Instructions
Prepare all ingredients: wash and slice the bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, and snow peas.
Peel and chop the garlic and ginger.
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the hot oil and sauté for about 30 seconds.
Add sliced carrots and sauté for about two minutes.
Add broccoli florets and bell pepper strips, stir-frying for an additional three to four minutes.
Add snow peas and cook for another two minutes.
Drizzle soy sauce over the vegetables and stir to combine.
Drizzle sesame oil over the stir fry and toss everything together for another minute.
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
