Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats and mixed nuts.
In a small saucepan, combine honey or maple syrup, vegetable oil, and salt. Stir until smooth.
Pour the mixture over the oat and nut mixture and fold until fully coated.
Spread the granola mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Remove from oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet.
Mix in dried fruits once cooled.
Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.

For variations, consider adding chocolate chips, spices, or different nuts and seeds.
