Instructions

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Drain excess fat if necessary, then push meat to one side. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
  • Add shredded cabbage and carrots, stir to combine, and cook for about 5 minutes until vegetables soften slightly.
  • Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, stir well, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning with black pepper if needed. Serve in bowls garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
