Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients. Ensure shrimp are thawed if frozen and pat dry.
  • In a large bowl, combine shrimp with garlic, lime juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes. Toss to coat.
  • Let shrimp marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add shrimp in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  • Remove shrimp from skillet and transfer to a serving dish.
  • Sprinkle chopped cilantro over the hot shrimp.
