Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients and measure them out.
  • In a small saucepan, combine the milk, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper.
  • Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring continuously until it begins to steam but does not boil.
  • Remove from heat and stir in honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
  • Optional: Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a mug.
  • Serve warm and enjoy immediately, optionally garnished with extra cinnamon.
