Instructions
Slice the steak against the grain into thin strips and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, fajita seasoning, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Add the steak and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Slice the bell peppers and onion while the steak marinates.
Heat a large pot over medium-high heat, add olive oil, and let it shimmer.
Add the marinated steak to the pot and sauté for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
Add sliced onions to the pot and sauté for 2-3 minutes, then add bell peppers and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
Return the cooked steak to the pot, mix with vegetables, and heat through for 1-2 minutes.
Adjust seasoning if necessary, then remove from heat.
Warm tortillas and serve with the steak and vegetable mixture, garnished with cilantro.
