Fresh Cremini or Button Mushrooms
Sliced.

Instructions
1. Prepare the ingredients: slice the mushrooms, mince the garlic, and chop the parsley.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
4. Add chicken to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add sliced mushrooms and sauté for 4-5 minutes until browned.
6. Add minced garlic and stir for 30 seconds until fragrant.
7. Pour in chicken broth, scraping the bottom of the skillet to release browned bits.
8. Stir in heavy cream and mix well.
9. Add Italian seasoning and let simmer for 5 minutes.
10. Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
11. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
12. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
13. Serve hot with your choice of side dishes.
