Chicken Breasts

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme, chopped

Garlic

Lemon Juice

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice

Salt and Pepper

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Freshly Cracked Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare the chicken breasts by rinsing them under cold water and patting them dry with paper towels.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika, and chopped fresh herbs. Whisk until well blended.
  • Add the chicken breasts to the bowl, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated in the marinade. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • Prepare a baking dish by lightly greasing it with olive oil or lining it with parchment paper.
  • Arrange the marinated chicken breasts in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve warm alongside your favorite sides or in a sandwich.
