Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the chicken breasts by rinsing them under cold water and patting them dry with paper towels.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika, and chopped fresh herbs. Whisk until well blended.
Add the chicken breasts to the bowl, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated in the marinade. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Prepare a baking dish by lightly greasing it with olive oil or lining it with parchment paper.
Arrange the marinated chicken breasts in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Serve warm alongside your favorite sides or in a sandwich.
