Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Wash the jalapeños and slice them in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds and membranes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture, packing it well.
  • Place the filled jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the filling is bubbly and tops are golden brown.
  • Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm.

Notes

Serve with dips like sour cream or ranch dressing. These poppers can also be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
