Ingredients

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of your choice of milk with 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder. Whisk until smooth.
  • Add 1/4 cup of chia seeds to the cocoa-milk mixture. Stir well to combine.
  • Incorporate 3 tablespoons of maple syrup into the mixture. Whisk until fully incorporated.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the bowl and mix well.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer to individual serving containers.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  • After chilling, stir the pudding to break up any clumps and serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to five days.
