Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare your chicken.
2. Pound each chicken breast to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch.
3. Season both sides of the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
4. Lay a slice of ham and cheese on each chicken breast.
5. Roll the chicken tightly around the filling and secure with toothpicks.
6. Dredge each chicken roll in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
7. Heat oil in a skillet and fry the chicken rolls until golden brown.
8. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
9. Let rest before slicing and serve garnished with parsley.
