Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation:

Words with capitalized initials have meanings defined under these conditions. The following definitions shall apply regardless of singular or plural use.

For the purposes of these Terms of Service:

Affiliate means any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party, where “control” means ownership of 50% or more of shares, equity interest, or other securities entitled to vote for directors or other managing authority.
Country refers to Texas, United States.

By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You must discontinue use of the Service. You represent that You are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit users under 18 to use the Service.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company is not responsible for any content, policies, or practices of third-party websites and services.

Termination:
